Our Services
Pitch Black Panels provides custom-measured blackout panels, window film, and privacy film, along with related installation services, for residential and commercial windows and doors in the Philadelphia area. Product availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change and are confirmed individually with each customer after measurements are reviewed.
Quotes and Pricing
Prices listed on our website are starting prices and are provided for general reference only. Final pricing is confirmed after we review your specific measurements, window or door type, and project details. Quotes provided are estimates and may be adjusted based on the actual scope of work.
Scheduling and Appointments
Appointment times requested through our website are preferences, not confirmed bookings, until we contact you directly to confirm. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date, but availability may vary.
Measurements and Fit
For products measured or installed by us, we take reasonable care to ensure an accurate custom fit. For products where the customer provides their own measurements, Pitch Black Panels is not responsible for sizing errors resulting from measurements supplied by the customer.
Installation and Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property and the windows or doors being measured or serviced. Additional charges may apply for unusual access requirements, oversized windows, or specialty installations identified at the time of service.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand plans change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment so we can accommodate other customers and adjust our schedule accordingly.
Product Care and Removal
Our panels, film, and privacy film products are generally designed to be removable without permanent damage to typical window and door surfaces under normal use. Pitch Black Panels is not responsible for damage to surfaces that are already compromised, improperly prepared, or not suited to the installation method discussed at the time of quote.
Rental Properties
If you are a renter, you are responsible for confirming with your landlord or property manager that installation of our products is permitted before service is scheduled.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pitch Black Panels is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to submit false or misleading information through our quote request form.
